Shipping Policy

For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies, speed post, or cargo movers.

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies, speed post, or cargo movers. Orders are shipped within 2-3 days, and delivery of the shipment is subject to transportation company/post office norms. In case an order cannot be shipped within 7 days, the company will inform the customer before the end of the 7th day. If the customer rejects the revised order completion date, then the company will refund the entire amount paid by the customer.

M R DENTAL (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for any delay in delivery by the transportation company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within the offered time limit.
