Instructions for Use:

Mixing Ratio: 2:1 by volume (1kg Powder: 500 ml Liquid)

1. Preparation
- Prepare the broken denture, addition area, or reline surface in the usual manner.
- Clean and dry the repair area thoroughly.
- Ensure proper surface preparation for optimal bonding.

2. Mixing:
- Mix powder and liquid to a creamy consistency (1.3g powder: 1.0ml liquid).
- Important: Take care when mixing to ensure no air is trapped.
- Mix thoroughly for a smooth, bubble-free consistency.

3. Application:
- After approximately 30 seconds, the mix is ready to use.
- Apply a thin coat over all prepared surfaces and into cracks.
- Material will begin to reach the 'non-slumping' stage.
- Build up the remainder of the repair/addition carefully.

Critical: Ensure no air is trapped during application.

4. Curing:
- No pressure pot necessary for perfect results.
- Setting time: 15-17 minutes at 21°C in atmospheric conditions.
- A pressure pot can be used, if desired, to speed up the process.
- Allow complete curing before finishing.

5. Finishing:
- Trim excess material with acrylic burs.
- Finish and polish as per standard laboratory procedures.
- Check fit and occlusion before delivery.
